Georgetown Victorian chops price once again, lowers to $2.7M

Does it need to be lowered more?

The last time this Georgetown listing was on the market was in December 2013 when it sold for $2.4 million. Since it landed on the market this past March for $3.25 million, the price has been chopped multiple times, dropping it to the current $2.795 million.

The 3,004-square-foot townhome comes with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. It features three-car parking as well as a lower level in-law suite with a private entrance. The four-story listing comes with a wood-paneled library with a fireplace as well as built-ins. In the kitchen, there are stainless steel appliances and an island.

The listing may need to be reduced in price a little more to find a homebuyer. There are other similar homes on the market with lower prices and the same number of rooms. A little over half a mile away, this four-bedroom home (seen above) is on the market for $1.175 million. In comparison to the former Georgetown home, this one is 1,304 square feet, and it currently serves as a multi-tenant rental. It is also being sold as is.

Half a mile away from the Georgetown home is this four-bedroom townhome (seen above) with 1,648 square feet and an asking price of $1.595 million. According to the listing, the three-story residence has been renovated with high-end stainless steel appliances, a lower level in-law suite, and a full-sized laundry.
