Reston’s tallest tower planned gets name, website

Construction won’t begin until a major tenant is signed

The tallest building planned in Reston finally has a name and a website. Reston Now was the first to report that the planned 23-story, 420,000-square-foot building at 1760 Reston Parkway will be dubbed One Reston Town Center.

On the development’s website, it describes the project as an "iconic landmark that will redefine the office market in the Washington, D.C. region." The building will include a fitness center, rooftop lounge, six-story glass enclosed atrium lobby, and a landscaped plaza on the seventh floor. Reston Now further reported that the development will feature 15,000 square feet of retail space and a garage.

The project won’t start construction until a major tenant has been signed, according to Reston Now. In order to construct the building, a five-story office building will be razed.
