Donald Trump has been pretty hush hush on the brand new Trump International Hotel being developed in Washington, D.C. Just recently, though, renderings of the Presidential Suite were revealed in advance of the soft opening in September and grand opening in late October.
The suite is one of 35 suites housed in the 263-room luxury hotel. The suite spans 4,000 square feet with three bedrooms. There will be 16-foot-high ceilings, a grand living room, dining room with butler’s pantry, and kitchen. In the master bath, there will be Calacatta Gold marble.
Previously, the suite served as the Postmaster’s General Office. Some of the more historic details that will be preserved include the unit’s stained wood trim, wainscoting, carved window casings, and fireplace.
