Dupont Circle’s infamous Airbnb party house lists for $4.5M

Heated pool, waterfall, and British telephone booth elevator included

Last year, D.C. Attorney General Karl Racine shut down this Dupont Circle Airbnb due to the host not having a proper business license. Before it was shut down, it got a bit of a reputation for being a party house after the police were called to the home more than 100 times in a matter of one year. Now, homebuyers have the chance to nab the single-family home, otherwise known on Airbnb as the "Celebrity House Hunter Mansion."

If the 18-foot-tall waterfall in the entry of this Kalorama home doesn’t impress you, maybe the koi pond will. The residence features a myriad of luxurious features like a private heated pool and rooftop deck. There is also an interior elevator that looks like a British telephone booth and a climate-controlled two-car garage.

When it was on Airbnb, the property was on the market for $1,200 per night. Now, on Compass, the listing is asking $4.5 million.
