The Wharf Closed on Construction Financing for Hotels
It was announced that the developer closed on $113 million in construction debt financing for Parcel 5, which will feature a 175-key Canopy by Hilton and a 237-key Hyatt House. SunTrust Bank and M&T Bank provided the financing.
