120-Unit Assisted Living Project Planned for Bethesda

If approved, the facility will replace two single-story commercial buildings and a surface parking lot

Next week, the Montgomery County Planning Board will vote on whether or not to approve an assisted living project with 120 units for seniors.

Bethesda Magazine reported that the 90-feet-high property may replace two single-story commercial buildings and a surface parking lot located at Rugby Avenue near Glenbrook Road.

If approved, this facility will be eight stories tall and have an underground garage with 45 parking spaces.
