‘Storybook farm house’ in Observatory Circle lists for $1.8M

Five bedrooms, two front balconies, and more

While updated, this c. 1911-built single-family home still retains many of its original details, such as its hardwood flooring. There are a total of five bedrooms throughout the home along with four-and-a-half bathrooms. With 2,184 square feet, the four-story home also offers two front balconies, a rear patio, and an enclosed sunroom. A detached garage is also included.

Roughly one-and-a-half miles away, this six-bedroom bungalow is on the market for $850,000. While more affordable and with more bedrooms, the homebuyers may have to spruce up the kitchen a bit as it’s pretty cramped.

Another listing a little under a mile away is this four-bedroom single-family home, asking $1.599 million. In comparison to the first home, it has roughly 300 extra square feet, one fewer bedroom, and and two fewer bathrooms. Highlights include a spacious backyard, a sunporch, and a recently renovated kitchen.
