This fall, construction will begin on a new luxury townhome community in Chevy Chase, Maryland, known as The Brownstones at Chevy Chase Lake. The Washington Post reported that the 62-unit community will be located on Chevy Chase Lake Drive east of Connecticut Avenue.
Each of the brownstone townhomes will feature private elevators, hardwood flooring, and a two-car garage. The units will range from three-bedrooms to five-bedrooms with square footage between 2,927 to 3,620. There will also be expansive rooftop terraces with outdoor stainless steel cabinetry and an optional grill, gas fireplace, and awning.
According to The Washington Post, the prices are as low as $1.475 million and as high as $1.745 million. Move-ins are slated to begin by the spring of 2017.
