When this Petworth townhome was last on the market, it was described as having "lots of potential," which tends to translate to, "You're going to need some elbow grease because this home is a bit of a doozy." Now, it's renovated and on the market for $829,000. It last sold for $425,000 in January 2016. According to national real estate brokerage Redfin, the median listing price for a home in the Northwest neighborhood is $600,000.
