The announcement of the completion of the North Block platform will occur at 4 p.m. at 200 Massachusetts Avenue NW. At the event, Property Group Partners will discuss leasing opportunities available in the development.

The entire project will cost $1.3 billion with 2.2 million-square-feet of mixed-use development planned on seven acres of land. It is expected to complete by 2021.
