Curbed readers had to guess the price of this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom listing, and the majority (34.85 percent) believed that $2.1 million seemed like the most likely asking price. The second most common guess was $1.5 million. Only 10 out of 66 respondents guessed correctly.

One downside to this listing is that the monthly HOA dues cost a whopping $3,169 each month.
