This Forest Hills Home is the Priciest D.C. Sale So Far This Year

Now the record to beat is $9.1 million

After 25 days on the market, this Forest Hills home sold for $9.1 million, making it the most expensive Washington, D.C. home sale so far this year. The Washington Post reported that the listing comes with a swimming pool, two-bedroom guest house, and a little over one acre of land. The residence spans over 6,500 square feet of space and houses six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

When the home first landed on the market, it asked $10 million. It was last sold in 2012 for $4,247,500.
