According to Apartment List, the Foggy Bottom-GWU-West End area has the highest rents out of any neighborhood in Washington, D.C. The median listing price for a two-bedroom apartment totals to $4,660/month.
Despite having the highest rents, the Foggy Bottom-GWU-West End area is not the quickest neighborhood in the District. The two areas with the fastest year-over-year rent growth are H Street-NoMa and U Street-Cardozo.
