The bed and breakfast, known as the Black Horse Inn, is on the market for $4.25 million. During the Civil War, the estate served as a hospital and was once the courthouse for Fauquier County. With this history, the inn was named after the Black Horse Calvary, which served as bodyguards and scouts for General Stonewall Jackson and Joseph E. Jackson, according to a press release.

The residence comes with a nine-horse stable and an event hall that can hold up to 200 people. The listing also features a one-bedroom guest cottage and a white gazebo. The property is being sold fully furnished.

According to a press release, the listing is zoned residential agricultural and can be used as both a commercial and residential space.
