As one of Petworth's newest condo developments nears completion, presales have begun with prices starting in the low $300,000s. The four-story development, dubbed The Montage, features one- and two-bedroom residences at 4326 Georgia Avenue NW.
Each of the nine units will offer quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, according to The Montage website. There will also be hardwood flooring, Nest thermostats, and tankless water heaters. Topping the building will be a rooftop deck and green roof.
