See The Most Popular Amenities in Virginia and Maryland

Brick fronts and new heat pumps are all the rage

Besides price, what really helps sell a home? Is it the number of bedrooms? The square footage? According to Zillow's latest report, it might just be amenities. While analyzing real estate listings in all 50 states in the U.S., the real estate website found that little details like a great view in New York or a storm shelter in Oklahoma are what help set homes apart from the crowd.

For Virginia, Zillow reported that listings are 10 times more likely to mention a new heat pump. Additionally, for Maryland, listings are nine times more likely to mention a brick front.

Unfortunately, Washington, D.C. was left out, but what amenity do you think would have appeared if it was included?
