Glover Park Apartment Building to Be Converted to Condos

You should probably expect them to become pricey, modern units

More housing is on the way to Glover Park by the same developer behind Cathedral Crest, a modern condo development with energy-efficient windows, stainless steel appliances, and million dollar prices. The brokerage firm, Marcus & Millichap, sold the asset, a vacant, four-unit apartment building at 4008 Edmunds Street NW, to the buyer, Columbia Property Capital for $1.85 million. The buyer plans to convert it into a condo building.

The vacant property spans 3,300 square feet and was built in 1939. Each of the units currently in the development are one-bedrooms. According to a press release, this will be the third condo conversion opportunity the brokerage firm has sold in Glover Park.

There are no renderings available just yet for the project, but you can see what kind of work the developer has accomplished with the below photo gallery of Cathedral Crest.
