13.5 Acres Along Eisenhower Avenue Purchased for Redevelopment

The site will stay the same for now, but expect major redevelopment in the future

Just a block from the Eisenhower Avenue Metro stop, Washington, D.C.-based developer Perseus Realty purchased a 13.5-acre site that is planned to be completely redeveloped over the next 10 years, reported Bisnow. The site currently houses a OneLife Fitness, shopping center, and light industrial.

There are still no details as to what exactly the developer has in store, but there are plans for retail and affordable housing.

Other projects in Perseus Realty's portfolio include Capitol Park Tower in Southwest D.C., The Adamo in Adams Morgan, and Storey Park in NoMa.
