D.C.'s Gorgeous Cherry Blossoms, in Photos

Peak bloom is finally here

Despite the recent chill, spring is here, sounded off by the blooming of Washington, D.C.'s beloved cherry blossoms. While the peak bloom occurred this past weekend, photographers and Instagram users are still snapping pictures of the white and pink petals, framing the District's monuments and memorials. Below, Curbed has compiled a few of the most beautiful photos taken so far.

If interested in having your photography featured, be sure to submit your works to the Curbed DC Flickr pool or tweet to @CurbedDC.
