The transformation of Fourth Street SW will soon be complete. Just recently, the District awarded PN Hoffman, Paramount Development, ER Bacon Development, CityPartners and AHC Inc. the chance to develop Waterfront Station II, reported Washington Business Journal.
The plans for this parcel of land at 1000 Fourth Street SW involve 443 apartments (133 affordable), 22,500 square feet of retail, and a 10,000-square-foot black box theater.
