Pentagon City Apartments, Whole Foods to Deliver This June

More housing, retail, and luxurious amenities are on the way

Two blocks from the Pentagon City Metro station, a brand new mixed-use development is expected to wrap up construction soon. The Bartlett at 520 12th Street South will feature 699 apartments atop a Whole Foods Market. Pre-leasing has already begun with a delivery slated for June 2016.

The units will range from studios to one-, two-, and three-bedrooms. Each rental will come with a washer and dryer, granite countertops, deep soaking tubs, stainless steel appliances, and wide plank flooring.

According to a press release, there will be more than 45,000 square feet of "resort-inspired" indoor and outdoor amenity space. Expect a 4,000-square-foot fitness club, business center, courtyard, and a "SkyClub" with views of the monuments. There will also be amenities like a 24-hour concierge, bike storage, waterless car washing, and segway rentals.
