Below, Curbed has listed the top five priciest listings currently on the market in the Northwest neighborhood, from a 100-year-old townhome to a modern condo that is getting cheaper and cheaper every few weeks.

The entire home spans 5,000 square feet with five levels and five bedrooms across them.

↑ At 1469 Florida Avenue NW, this detached single-family home comes with seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, and an asking price of $1.45 million. With so much space, the homeowner can easily rent a unit or two.
