New, 1 comment

This lesser-known neighborhood is experiencing big changes with new listings and higher prices

Truxton Circle is known more for its service organizations than luxurious condos, but that may soon change. In the last few months, Curbed has reported on two new condo developments planned with prices that will reach into the millions, despite the neighborhood's listings selling for a median $610,000. This Thursday, four new luxurious condos will also land on the market with prices ranging from $875,000 to $1.3 million.

These four condos will be located at 220 P Street NW, which is a little over half a mile from the nearest Metro station. Each of the units feature steam showers, top-of-the-line Silestone countertops, and LED lighting. There is also wiring for sound, intercom, and alarm systems.

The one penthouse unit features three bedrooms, a den, and two-and-a-half bathrooms in 2,400 square feet of space. Other highlights include a private terrace, private rooftop deck, and a parking space. This condo is up for grabs at $1.3 million.

Two two-level units will also offer a shared courtyard and rooftop deck, both listed at $1.1 million. These two units come with three bedrooms, a den, and three bathrooms in over 2,000 square feet of space.

The final unit also comes with shared access to the courtyard and rooftop deck. Extra storage is also available along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,270 square feet of space. As the least expensive unit on this list, the price totals to $875,000.

Open houses are scheduled for Saturday, March 19 and Sunday, March 20. For more information, be sure to contact listing agent Beth Hughes at (202) 277-7553.
