Inside Cathedral Crest, D.C.'s Newest, Coolest, Priciest Condos

New, 1 comment

In Cathedral Heights, a brand new condo project just completed with super sleek, super modern spaces. The project, called Cathedral Crest, encompasses two buildings with six units in each. Eight of the condos are standard, while four are penthouses. It's not only the high-end stainless steel appliances and white shaker cabinets that are causing these new units to shake up the area's real estate market, it's the prices.

The median listing price for Cathedral Heights is $478,000, according to national real estate brokerage Redfin, but the units in Cathedral Crest will cost between $750,000 to $775,000 for standard units and $1.15 million for penthouse units. Condo fees will also cost anywhere between $220 to $491.

Because they are priced so high, these modern condos have a lot to offer. Each one comes with spacious, sun-filled rooms thanks to the large, energy-efficient windows. The bathrooms offer white Quartz countertops, walk-in showers, and also free-standing bathtubs. Parking is also included for those who prefer to ditch the Metro and is at not cost for penthouse owners. Otherwise, a parking space will cost you $25,000. Each listing ranges in size from 1,385- to 1,960-square-feet.

You can find Cathedral Crest at 3919 Fulton Street NW, which is only a few blocks from Glover Archibold Park. Take a look at what you can expect from each unit with the below photo gallery.
