More Than Half of Pollsters Guessed Wrong on How Much This D.C. Home is Worth

It's lower than what most thought

40 Curbed readers responded to the recent PriceSpotter poll with 67.5 percent guessing incorrectly. While the most common guess was that this renovated Foxhall Village row house was worth $900,000, it's actually asking $800,000. Maybe the real estate agent should up the price? What do you think? Is it priced too low?

Some of the highlights of this two-bedroom listing include a fully finished lower level, breakfast nook, and a carport. The last time this listing was sold was in December 2011 for $600,000.
