Finally, it’s down to the final two neighborhoods for Curbed’s super prestigious and also fake trophy, the Curbed Cup. Since the competition began this year, 2,595 readers have responded to polls asking them one simple question: Which neighborhood deserves to top them all?

What makes a neighborhood better than another? That’s not up to Curbed to decide, but up to the readers.

For this final period of voting, pollsters will have until the end of January 2 to determine which of the final two they prefer. The winner will be announced January 3.
