With a $12.5 million ask, this Georgetown Federal home just landed on the D.C. market as the third most expensive listing in the city. With eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms, this four-story listing offers approximately 11,000 square feet of space for $12.5 million, so roughly $1,150 per square.

Some of the details inside that may most appeal to homebuyers include the coffered ceilings, built-ins, and two elevators. In the kitchen, there is a rather massive island with a breakfast bar as well as a tile backsplash.
