In May 2015, this Bethesda single-family home first landed on the market for $8.8 million. The listing price is now $6.4 million. Its facade is meant to vaguely resemble the Bauhaus with its flat roof and white exterior.

Inside, there are six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and 7,600-square-feet of space. It is located on a roughly three acre lot with private terraces, private sundeck, and outdoor pool. There is also a finished walk-out lower level and three-car garage.

Some of the design highlights that might attract homebuyers include its built-in bookcases, tray ceilings, and multiple fireplaces.
