Developer Chughtai Family Properties LLC recently filed an application with the Board of Zoning Adjustment to construct four single-family homes on two currently unimproved lots on Maple View Place SE.
In each house, there will be an accessory apartment. The street is “fairly steep,” according to the documents, so the residences will be stepped down the slope by terracing the lots.
There are no reports yet as to when construction will begin or what the prices will be for the accessory apartments or single-family homes.
