Inside Columbia Heights’ new luxury condos now available

The Skyline, Columbia Height’s newest luxury condo development, has finished construction, and with that, four out of the 10 units inside are now on the market.

The prices for these two-bed, two-bath condos range from $550,000 to $635,000, with features like custom cabinetry and bathroom vanities and an open chef’s kitchen. There are also balconies for select units. Square footage hovers around 920 square feet for the units still available.

In the kitchen, there is a concrete backsplash tile as well as high-end stainless steel Energy Star appliances. In the bedrooms, there are closet systems with customization options and living areas pre-wired for ceiling speakers.

The location is only four blocks away from the nearest Metro.
