63-Unit Rosslyn condo development will deliver in 2017

Key & Nash will begin presales in January.

Like many places in the country, Rosslyn is getting more construction cranes coming its way. Key & Nash, a Rosslyn low-rise apartment project, is going to revamp into a high-end, 63-unit condo development in the latter half of 2017.

Developer NVRUrban is constructing the project on the former site of Metro Rosslyn Apartments. The Arlington County Board approved the development in early 2016 and site work began in the last few months.

McWilliams|Ballard, who handles development sales, will open for business in January. Amenities include a front desk concierge, fitness center, billiard lounge and roof terrace, and underground parking.
