For $439K, you can live in a Capitol Hill historic church

New, 1 comment

The Sanctuary has sold over 60 percent of their units, and now this one is on the market

In February 2016, The Rubin Group acquired a 119-year-old Capitol Hill church, and later converted it into 30 condominiums. The condo development, The Sanctuary, comes with newly constructed interiors and restored stained and leaded glass windows.

Recently, one of the listings landed on the market with one bedroom and one bathroom across 750 square feet of space. The condo offers hardwood flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, gas cooking, and secured access. There are also exposed brick walls.
