At 1320B H Street NE, a new coworking space is set to open next week, called Locale Workspace. Borderstan reported that this will be the second location for the company, whose first location is at Locale Workroom, at 52 O Street NW.
The H Street location is expected to be smaller than the O Street location and catered to those who are self-employed, such as graphic designers, writers, or illustrators.
Borderstan further reported that the location will offer free coffee, Wi-Fi, and snacks. The site will be open each day, save for Sunday, with hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
To become a member at Locale Workspace, the cost is $200 per month, $175 per 10 days, or $25 per day. The daily rate drops to $20 for students.
