Walter Reed’s west parcel may house up to 15 chanceries
The U.S. Department of State will reveal their plans to the NCPC with their plans for the west side of the Walter Reed Army Medical Center site. The State Department hopes to redevelop the 33 acres of space for up to 15 chanceries.

D.C. acquires 66 acres of Walter Reed Campus
At the cost of $22 million, 66 acres of the 110-acre Walter Reed Army Medical Center now belong to Washington, D.C. With this land, the District will construct over 3 million square feet of residential, office, and retail space.
