The development also offers amenities like valet parking, porter service, and a doorman. In the Georgetown location of Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, there is another condo that is set on beating this record with a duplex on the market for $13.95 million. According to the Wall Street Journal, the most expensive condo ever sold in Washington, D.C. was in 2009 with the sale of a $7.295 million unit.
