One block north of Nationals Park, Monument Realty is planning on building a 163-unit -residential building with one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and an unspecified number of two-bedroom townhomes. It's not known yet whether or not the units will be condos or apartments, but Monument Realty is leaning more towards condos. No price points have been decided yet for the residential units. The whole development will span 176,485-square-feet and will be 13 stories tall. Additionally, because the project is proposed for the site on 10 Van Street SE, the development will be named 10 Van Street. It will feature a fitness center and a rooftop pool and lounge with views into Nationals Park. The development will be designed by Gensler. Construction is expected to begin the spring of 2016 with delivery by 2018.
