Ever wanted a celebrity hockey player to be your landlord? Now's your chance as former Washington Capitals player Alexander Semin has placed his five-bedroom single-family home on the rental market for $8,900/month. Semin purchased the home December 2007 for $2.45 million and later put it back on the market in March 2014 for $2.795 million where it has languished ever since. The listing is incredibly lavish even for the multi-million dollar neighborhood that it's in with amenities like an elevator, sauna, theater room, and library. This past July, Semin signed a one-year, $1.1 million contract with the Montreal Canadiens.
