South of the Vienna/Fairfax GMU Metro station, Reston-based homebuilder NVR Inc. will build a luxury townhouse community that is expected to begin construction as early as next year. The townhomes will be priced in the upper six figures to low seven figures, according to Washington Business Journal. NVR paid $43 million for the 16-acre property site at 8301 Lee Highway with private development partner Timber Ridge LLC. Curbed DC reached out to NVR Inc. to request renderings on the project, but none were made available by press time.
