At the corner of 4th and Tingey streets SE, visitors of the Navy Yard neighborhood can find trapeze artists swinging and hanging from ropes and silks in a netted area beside the waterfront. This fall, the Trapeze School will move to a different location at the corner of N Street SE and New Jersey Avenue SE. Hill Now reported that construction on the school's new facilities will begin in the next month or two with a delivery this winter. On the school's current location, there are plans to build a 10-floor, 142-unit condo building, called Yards Condominium, which is expected to deliver by 2018. The developer for the project is PN Hoffman. Below, check out four renderings of what Yards Condominium will look like.
