Three blocks north of Nationals Park, there are plans to build a 13-story residential development. Originally, the developer intended on building a 320,000-square-foot office building. Now, the new project, which will be designed by Shalom Baranes Associates, will house around 300 to 360 apartments and 225 garage parking spaces. There are no renderings available just yet. The location is at 1000 South Capitol Street SE.
