Never before has a sweet tooth been so rewarding. By submitting a chocolate recipe and a $100 entry fee, you can win a raised brick rambler, estimated to be worth around $244,649. The 1,400-square-foot abode is located in Temple Hills, Maryland and is being sold as is. New York chocolatier Christina Summers, otherwise known as Princess Chocolatto, is hosting the contest to honor her grandmother's love of chocolate and to "ignite[] my entrepreneurial life." As the founder of the Italian hot chocolate business, Dolce Vite Chocolatto, Summers wrote on the entry form, "bonus points to ones containing Chocolatto." The deadline to enter is July 31. Multiple submissions are accepted, but each extra submission will require an extra $100. Whoever wins the contest will have the $100 entry fee returned. To enter the contest, fill out the entry form here.
