Plans are in the works to redevelop a warehouse and auto repair shop in Capitol Hill into 30 three-bedroom townhomes, eight flats, and six lofts. According to Urban Turf, the residential development is called Watkins Alley and will be targeted towards empty nesters and families. The highest priced unit is expected to be around $1.3 million.
