The listing is located in The Barclay Apartments, a development which allows up to two pets in each unit — any unit — even this itty bitty one. The unit doesn't comes with a washer and dryer, but there is laundry in the building. Other details include that it is unfurnished, has hardwood flooring throughout, and includes a fridge. All of the units are leased up, so none of these studios are on the market.
