If this Georgetown duplex condo sells for the asking price of $13.95 million, it will break Washington, D.C.'s record for most expensive apartment ever sold. The current record is $7.295 million, which was set in 2009, according to the Wall Street Journal. The Georgetown condo is located at the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton and comes with four bedrooms and six bathrooms. Some of the most eye-opening additions to this listing include that it has about 3,000-square-feet of outdoor space, a wraparound terrace, roof garden, gym, and four parking spaces. The owners, Digital System Resources founder Richard Carroll and his wife Suzanne, told the Wall Street Journal that they're selling their property because they're retiring. If interested in taking the owners up on their offer and making history, check out the listing on the TTR Sotheby's International Realty website here.
