What to Expect from This New 220-Unit Project in Navy Yard

New renderings have been revealed for a Navy Yard mixed-use project that is set to deliver in late 2016. According to Urban Turf, the 13-story development will feature 220 rental units and 5,500-square-feet of retail that could be divided amongst three users. While the rendering above shows a grassy expanse beside the mixed-use development, the green area will actually house the Park Chelsea and 800 New Jersey developments, according to JDLand. The development team, Greystar Real Estate Partners and RCP Development, acquired the 20,000-square-foot site last year for an undisclosed price. R2L:Architects is designing the project. The building is located at 82 Eye Street SE.
