The newest trend in Washington, D.C. is something you can't escape from: Escape Rooms. Last April, an activity space, called Escape Artist D.C., opened off Barracks Row, and now there are plans for another escape room to be built on H Street NE. According to Washington Business Journal, this escape room is family-friendly and will be able to house a team of up to 10 individuals. The team will have to figure out how to escape rooms that mimic either a classroom or the Oval Office with clues, puzzles, and riddles. The allotted time to escape before time runs out is one hour. Plans for the space have been filed with the Board of Zoning Adjustments.
