Construction has begun for a 56-unit apartment building in Shaw. Located in 1710 7th Street NW, the development will feature 28 one-bedroom units, 21 two-bedroom units, and seven three-bedroom units. There will also be 3,100-square-feet of retail. Expect construction to complete by 2016. [PoPV]
