While Arlington's new year-round homeless shelter was expected to complete by March of this year, it looks like it won't make its delivery until three or four more months. According to ARLNow, the Arlington County Board allocated an additional $140,000 to MTFA Architecture to cover the extra months of construction administration, site visits, and support services.
