Foreclosure Watch

There are now fewer foreclosed homes and delinquency rates in the D.C. metro area. According to real estate firm CoreLogic Inc., 1.2 percent of D.C. Metro's residential properties on the market in March were in a stage of foreclosure, down from 1.4 percent from a year ago. Additionally, while last year 4 percent of D.C. area homeowners were at least 90 days behind on their mortgage payment, that number decreased to 3.4 percent in March. [WBJ] [Photo via Jeff Turner]
