Collisions Are Up

From 2013 to 2014, the number of pedestrian and cycling collisions in Washington, D.C. rose by 20 percent, from 1,628 collisions to 2,013. According to the Washington Post, this rise may be due to an increase in the number of cyclists on the road as well as an increased reporting of the incidents. [WaPo]
